Technical Staff Association (TSA) is an association of Technical employees working with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. The major objective of TSA is the betterment of service conditions of Technical Employees in ICAR. To achieve this objective, the Technical Staff Association works for necessary amendments and removal of different anomalies in Technical Service Rules of the ICAR.
TSA is managed by an Executive Committee of 18 members comprising of one President, one Vice-President, one General Secretary, three Joint Secretaries, one Treasurer and eleven members. The fundamental principle by which TSA operates is co-operation, brotherhood, respect for other colleagues and unconditional contribution to improve the technical services of ICAR. However, it is not a formal requirement to be familiar with us, before contributing or becoming TSA’s member.
Since its inception in 2015, TSA has grown rapidly into one of the most trusted and accepted association working for the entire technical community of the ICAR. Presently, TSA have more than 700 members across the country and this number is increasing every day.
Technical community plays a vital role in research, teaching and extension activities of the ICAR. Developing and promoting better work environment for technical community of the ICAR is one of the other major objectives of TSA. To achieve this objective, TSA comes forward and strive for the improvement and amendment of those service rules which obstruct the smooth and harmonious work culture and create hurdles in career advancement of Technical Employees of the ICAR.
Transparent working and openness to the views and suggestions from members is the culture in Technical Staff Association.
Commitment is the key for TSA’s recognition
